Your idea
deserves
to win.

An idea you haven't started. A business that's stalled. Something growing faster than you can manage. I build you the strategy to win, grounded in tactics that have already worked.

Samuel John

I'm Samuel John

I've spent over 10 years working across finance, marketing, sales and business growth.

I've generated over £350,000 in revenue from ideas, built brands and businesses from the ground up, and put more than 25,000 people in rooms through the businesses and projects I've worked on.

I've been involved in building the foundations of a business from the very beginning. Shaping the offer, understanding the customer, developing the brand, creating marketing strategies, driving sales, building audiences and turning ideas into something commercially viable.

And I've learnt by doing it.

I've tested strategies with my own time and money, made mistakes, figured out what didn't work, and doubled down on what did. So the advice I give isn't based on theory alone. It's grounded in real experience of building, growing and navigating businesses in the real world.

I work with founders and small to medium businesses who may not have huge budgets or big teams, but have something worth building.

My approach is practical, commercially focused and tailored to where your business is right now. Whether you're starting from scratch, trying to grow, launching something new or simply need clarity on what to focus on next, the goal is always the same. Identify what will make the biggest difference and turn it into action.

And I'm not trying to keep you on a retainer forever. The aim is to help you build the clarity, confidence and foundations to keep moving forward independently.

Everything is delivered remotely, so it doesn't matter where you're based.

If you're building something you believe in and want a fresh perspective, clearer strategy and practical direction, let's talk.

Businesses don't fail because the idea was bad. They fail because nobody built them a way to win.

Most small businesses are running on instinct and hard work. Both matter. Neither is a strategy. What's usually missing is a clear picture of who you're for, why they'd choose you, and what to do first, second and third.

01

Proven tactics, not theory

Everything I give you has been tested somewhere real, either my own businesses or a client's. If I haven't seen it work, I won't put it in your plan.

02

A plan you can actually run

No fifty-page document you'll never open. A clear strategy with steps in order, sized to what you've actually got in time and money.

03

You in the driving seat

I write the strategy and show you how to work it. You run your business, because a plan you understand beats one you're dependent on someone else to explain.

Three ways people come to me

Find the one that sounds like you. If none of them quite fit, book the call anyway and we'll work it out together.

"I have an idea"

Turn it into something real

You know what you want to build. You just need someone to help you shape it, price it and get it in front of people.

  • An honest look at whether it works
  • Defining your offer and who it's for
  • Name, brand and how you look
  • Pricing and how you'll make money
  • A launch plan you can follow

You'll get: a clear, costed strategy and a launch plan you can follow yourself. Not a promise of overnight revenue.

"I've started but I'm stuck"

Get moving again

You're trading, but it's flat, chaotic, or growing in a way you can't keep up with. Let's put structure under it.

  • Getting clear on what you stand for
  • Growing an audience that buys
  • Partnerships and sponsorship
  • Campaigns and content that work
  • New income streams

You'll get: a growth strategy with group sessions and real accountability. Progress tracked against what we agreed.

"I run events or a brand"

Make it pay properly

My deepest experience. I've built event brands from nothing and delivered to rooms of thousands. I'll show you how it's done.

  • Concept and audience experience
  • Budgets that hold up
  • How to negotiate venues and suppliers
  • Working with artists, DJs and talent
  • Promotion, ticketing and turnout
  • Planning the day itself

You'll get: a real budget, a promotion plan, and someone in your corner who has done it at scale.

I built a brand in 12 weeks.

Twelve weeks is enough. Not to have everything figured out, but to go from an idea nobody knows about to something real with people paying attention. I know because I've done it, and more than once. That's what The 12-Week Build is. The same process I used, walked out with you and a small group of founders doing exactly the same thing.

Weeks 1 to 4

Build the foundation

Most businesses are busy before they're clear. We fix that first. Who you're actually for, what you're really selling them, what you should stop doing immediately. By week four you'll have a written business review and a plan you understand well enough to explain to someone else.

Weeks 5 to 8

Get it in front of people

A good business nobody knows about is a hobby. This is where we put it out there and find out what actually moves. Where your people are, what makes them pay attention, and which of the ten things you could do are the two worth doing.

Weeks 9 to 12

Make it repeatable

The difference between a good month and a real business is whether you can do it again on purpose. We turn what worked into something that runs without you reinventing it every week. You finish knowing what to do next, and why.

What's included

  • Your own written business review, built for your business and delivered within 3 working days of your intake form
  • A one to one call with me to walk through it properly, in your first week
  • Two 90-minute group sessions a month for twelve weeks
  • A private group between sessions, so you're never stuck waiting for the next call
  • Email support throughout, answered within 2 working days
  • A room of founders building at the same time as you. Twelve weeks is easier when you're not doing it alone, and you'll learn as much from their problems as your own
  • A plan you can keep working long after the twelve weeks are done

Extra help when you need it

Add these to any package, or book them on their own.

Investor decks

A pitch deck built from your material: the story, the numbers and the ask, put together so people take you seriously. One round of revisions included.

Venue sourcing

A separate service where I do the legwork: shortlisting venues, making the calls, walking the sites with you and negotiating terms. Up to three options and two site visits.

How it works

Four steps from first message to a strategy you can act on.

Tell me what you're building

Send a message with your idea or your business, and what's getting in the way. However rough it is.

We talk for 30 minutes, free

No pitch. I'll ask questions, tell you what I see, and give you something useful whether or not you go any further.

You get your business review

Fill in the intake form and your written review lands within three working days, built for your business alone. Then we sit down one to one and go through it properly.

You join the next cohort

Two 90-minute sessions a month for twelve weeks, alongside a small group of founders going through the same thing. Cohorts start once there's a group ready to go, and you'll know your date as soon as you're in. You do the doing. I make sure you know exactly what to do and why.

Common questions

The things people usually want to know before they get in touch.

What if I don't know what I need?

That's most people, and it's fine. That's what the first conversation is for. You tell me what you're building and where it's stuck, and I'll tell you what I'd do. If that turns out to be less than you expected, I'll say so.

How quickly can we start?

As soon as you've booked a conversation and we've agreed it's a fit. Your written business review lands within three working days of your completed intake form, and we'll have your one to one call that first week. Cohorts start once there's a group ready to go.

Is it one to one or a group?

Both. Your business review is written for your business alone, and we go through it one to one in your first week. The twelve weeks are then worked through in a small group, because founders learn as much from each other's problems as their own.

Am I too small for this?

No. Most of the people I work with are one or two people doing everything themselves. If you've got something real and you're willing to work at it, you're the right size.

What if I've already got a plan?

Bring it. A second pair of eyes on a plan you've already made is often more useful than starting from scratch, and it's a faster conversation.

Where are you based?

The UK, but everything is done by video call and email, so I work with people anywhere.

Let's start with a conversation

No cost, no pressure, no pitch. Tell me what you're working on and we'll go from there.

Currently taking on new clients I reply within 2 working days Or email info@thereviiv.com

And what's the biggest thing getting in your way? The more you tell me, the more useful our call will be.

I reply within two working days.

Rather just talk?

Pick a time that suits you and we'll have a proper conversation about your business. Thirty minutes, free, no obligation to do anything afterwards.
