This explains what personal information we collect when you use thereviiv.com, get in touch with us, book a call, buy a service or join a masterclass, and what we do with it. We keep it short and we only collect what we actually need.
When you fill in our contact form. Your name, email address, business name, where your business is right now, and what you tell us in your message. So we can reply to you and understand what you need.
When you book a call. Your name, email address, the time you've chosen, and your answers to the questions on the booking form. So we can hold the call and come prepared.
When you buy a service or a masterclass place. Your name, email address, phone number, billing address and business name. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
When you join a masterclass. Your name and email address, and anything you choose to share during the session.
When you work with us. Information you share about your business during The 12-Week Build or any other service, such as your plans, figures and challenges.
Under UK data protection law we need a lawful reason to use your information. We rely on:

Each of these acts on our instructions and has its own security and privacy obligations. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Some of these services are based in the United States. Where your information is transferred outside the UK, it's protected by recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that's wrong, ask us to delete it, ask us to limit how we use it, object to us using it, ask for it in a format you can take elsewhere, and withdraw consent where we've relied on it.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
We keep cookies to a minimum. Our website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we host our fonts ourselves rather than loading them from a third party.
When you open our booking calendar, Cal.com may set cookies needed for the booking to work. When you pay, Stripe sets cookies needed to process your payment securely and prevent fraud. These are covered by Cal.com's and Stripe's own policies.
Our services are for adults running or starting businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes we'll let clients know directly.
