These Terms explain the basis on which you may use the REVIIV website and purchase or participate in our services, programmes, consulting, masterclasses and other offerings.
Last updated: October 2026
By using our website, purchasing a service or participating in one of our programmes, you agree to these Terms.
REVIIV Ltd is registered in England and Wales. Company number 17041002. Registered address: [REGISTERED ADDRESS].
You're welcome to use our website for your own personal or business purposes.
Please don't copy, reproduce or commercially exploit our content without permission, misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, scrape or harvest information from it, or use it in any unlawful or abusive way.
We work to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but website content is provided for general information and may change. We cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or completely free from errors.
We may suspend, withdraw, restrict or change any part of the website where reasonably necessary.
REVIIV provides business strategy, consulting and business growth support. Our services may include The 12-Week Build, one-to-one consulting, ongoing support, business reviews, investor decks, venue sourcing, live masterclasses, workshops and other strategic services.
The exact scope, deliverables, timescales and price of each service will be shown on the relevant service page, proposal, checkout page, booking confirmation or other written agreement. Those details form part of your agreement with us.
Unless expressly included in your package, additional work, revisions, meetings, research, implementation or deliverables are not automatically included.
We provide strategic guidance, commercial perspective, recommendations, frameworks and practical support designed to help you make better-informed business decisions.
We are consultants, not operators of your business.
You remain responsible for your business, decisions, implementation, employees, contractors, finances, customers, legal obligations and results.
Our recommendations are based on the information available to us at the time. Business conditions, customer behaviour, markets and other circumstances can change, and you are responsible for deciding whether and how to implement our recommendations.
The quality of our work depends partly on the quality and accuracy of the information you provide.
You agree to provide information that is complete, accurate and not deliberately misleading, and to provide requested documents, figures, feedback, approvals or other information within reasonable timescales.
If information is missing, inaccurate or delayed, this may affect our recommendations, deliverables or agreed timescales. We are not responsible for delays, additional work or outcomes caused by information being withheld, supplied late or provided inaccurately.
You are also responsible for implementing any recommendations you choose to adopt.
Prices are displayed at checkout or confirmed in your proposal or service agreement. Payment is required in accordance with the payment schedule agreed when you purchase.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.
Where we offer an instalment plan, this is a way of paying the total agreed price of your service over time. Unless we expressly state otherwise, it is not a monthly pay-as-you-go subscription.
Choosing to stop participating does not automatically cancel outstanding instalments that you have agreed to pay, subject always to any cancellation or other rights you have under applicable law.
You must not cancel a payment instruction or initiate a payment dispute simply as a means of avoiding a valid contractual payment obligation. Nothing in this clause prevents you from exercising any legitimate statutory or contractual rights.
If a payment becomes overdue, fails or is reversed, we may pause access to sessions, materials, communities, deliverables or other services until the account is brought up to date.
Where appropriate, we may also suspend further work.
Pausing services because of an overdue payment does not automatically cancel amounts already due under your agreement.
Because our services involve reserving professional time, capacity, expertise and resources, fees are non-refundable once the relevant service has begun or been delivered, except where required by law or expressly agreed by us in writing.
This includes, where applicable, consultancy work, strategic analysis, business reviews, research, preparation, completed or partially completed deliverables, attended sessions and other work already performed for you.
A change of mind, change in your circumstances, failure to attend, lack of implementation, decision to discontinue your business, dissatisfaction with your own commercial results or decision that you no longer require the service does not, by itself, create a right to a refund.
This does not affect any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If you purchase a service from us online as a consumer, UK law will generally provide a 14-day cancellation period for a distance service contract.
If you expressly ask us to begin providing the service during that cancellation period, we may begin work immediately.
If you then exercise a valid cancellation right during the 14-day period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already supplied where the applicable legal requirements have been met.
Where a service has been fully performed during the cancellation period following the necessary express request and acknowledgement, the statutory cancellation right can be lost once performance is complete.
These consumer cancellation rights do not generally apply where you are contracting with us wholly or mainly for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft or profession.
Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Where you purchase our services wholly or mainly for your business, trade, craft or profession, the purchase is treated as a business-to-business transaction.
Unless your service agreement expressly states otherwise, payments for business services are non-refundable once the service has commenced, capacity has been reserved or work has been undertaken on your behalf.
Where you agree to a fixed programme or package and choose to pay by instalments, withdrawing from the programme does not automatically release you from the remaining agreed payments.
Once any applicable statutory cancellation period has expired, fees are non-refundable unless your individual service terms expressly state otherwise or the law requires otherwise.
Your business review is non-refundable once we have begun preparing it or the written review has been delivered.
Ongoing support may be cancelled with 30 days' notice where your specific package provides for rolling cancellation.
Where we permit someone to move from one cohort to another, this is offered at our discretion and subject to availability. A transfer does not create an entitlement to a cash refund.
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.
If you fail to attend a scheduled one-to-one session, arrive substantially late or cancel without the notice required for your service, we may treat that session as used.
Where possible, we may allow a session to be rearranged, but repeated rescheduling is not guaranteed. If you are late, the session may still finish at its originally scheduled time.
If we need to rearrange a session, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative.
Where our work depends on you supplying information, completing an intake form, approving work, attending meetings or providing feedback, delays on your part may affect the delivery timetable.
We are not required to indefinitely reserve capacity where a project becomes inactive because information or feedback has not been provided.
If a project is significantly delayed by you, we may agree a revised timetable based on our availability.
Your purchase includes only the work and deliverables expressly stated in the relevant package, proposal or agreement.
Additional calls, revisions, research, implementation, design, copywriting, financial modelling, sourcing or other work outside that scope may incur an additional fee.
We will normally tell you before undertaking chargeable work outside the agreed scope.
Where revisions are included, they must relate to the original agreed brief and remain within the scope of the service purchased.
A revision is not a completely new brief, concept, strategy or deliverable.
Where requests materially change the original scope, we may quote separately for the additional work.
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill and act in good faith based on the information available to us.
For consumer contracts, UK law requires services to be performed with reasonable care and skill, and these Terms do not remove those statutory protections.
We will communicate honestly about what we believe your business needs, including where our recommendation may be different from what you initially expected.
Business consulting is not a guarantee of commercial success.
We do not guarantee any particular level of sales, revenue, profit, investment, funding, customers, audience growth, market share, business valuation or other commercial outcome.
Results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including your implementation, decision-making, resources, market conditions, competitors, customers, pricing and wider economic circumstances.
Past results, examples and case studies are not guarantees that you will achieve the same outcome.
Our services provide business and strategic guidance.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we do not provide legal, accounting, tax, regulated financial, investment or other regulated professional advice.
You should obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals where required.
You remain responsible for ensuring that your business complies with applicable laws, regulations, tax obligations, licensing requirements and industry standards.
You decide whether to implement our recommendations.
We are not responsible for losses arising solely because you choose to implement, modify, disregard or incorrectly execute a recommendation, except to the extent that liability cannot legally be excluded.
Where a decision carries significant legal, tax, financial or regulatory implications, you should obtain specialist professional advice before proceeding.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, REVIIV retains ownership of its methodologies, frameworks, templates, processes, training materials, presentations, worksheets, programme materials and other pre-existing intellectual property.
When we provide materials to you as part of a paid service, we give you permission to use those materials internally for your own business.
You may not, without our written permission, reproduce, publish, distribute, resell, license, teach, upload publicly, commercially exploit or provide our materials to third parties.
Purchasing access to a programme or service does not transfer ownership of REVIIV's intellectual property to you.
Access to paid programmes, sessions, communities, recordings and resources is for the person or business that purchased them unless we expressly agree otherwise.
You must not share login details, private links, recordings, downloads or paid materials with people who have not purchased access.
Where we reasonably believe access is being shared or our materials are being distributed without permission, we may suspend or terminate access.
Your existing business name, brand, materials, confidential information and intellectual property remain yours.
You confirm that anything you provide to us is either owned by you or that you have the necessary rights and permissions for us to use it for the purpose of providing your service.
We will treat non-public information you provide about your business as confidential and use it for the purpose of delivering our services.
You agree to treat confidential information relating to REVIIV, our internal methods and, where applicable, other programme participants with the same respect.
Confidentiality does not apply to information that is already public, becomes public through no breach of these Terms, was lawfully known beforehand or must be disclosed by law.
If you participate in a group programme, you may hear commercially sensitive or personal information from other founders.
What other participants share in the room should stay in the room.
You must not record, reproduce, disclose or commercially use another participant's confidential information without their permission.
We expect participants to communicate respectfully and professionally. Harassment, discrimination, threatening behaviour, deliberate disruption, solicitation or conduct that materially affects the experience or safety of other participants may result in removal from a programme or community.
Where removal results from a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, this does not automatically entitle you to a refund, subject to applicable law.
We may record masterclasses, workshops or group sessions for replay, training or programme-delivery purposes.
Where a session is being recorded, we will tell participants.
If you do not want your image to appear, you may keep your camera off where the format permits. Where practical, you may also choose not to speak or otherwise identify yourself in the recording.
Any broader use of identifiable recordings, images or testimonials for marketing will be handled separately and in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and any consent required.
Our public masterclasses may be offered free of charge.
When you register, joining details will normally be sent by email. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking your inbox and spam folders.
Registration is intended for the registered participant and joining links should not be distributed publicly unless we expressly permit this.
We may remove participants who deliberately disrupt a masterclass, misuse the chat, harass other attendees, attempt to record or redistribute protected content without permission, or otherwise misuse the service.
If we need to change the date or cancel a masterclass, we will let registered attendees know and, where possible, offer access to a rearranged session.
We may use or link to third-party services such as payment processors, scheduling platforms, video-conferencing platforms, email providers and other software.
Those services are operated independently and may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, availability and technical limitations.
We are not responsible for third-party services being temporarily unavailable or for matters outside our reasonable control.
We will not present private or confidential business information publicly simply because you have worked with us.
Where we wish to use your name, identifiable testimonial, logo, results or business as a public case study, we will obtain any permission required before doing so.
Where information has been genuinely anonymised so that you or your business cannot reasonably be identified, we may use aggregated or anonymised learnings and examples.
We reserve the right to protect REVIIV, our team, contractors, clients and community from misuse.
You must not use our services to harass, threaten or abuse anyone; obtain our work with the intention of copying or reselling it; knowingly provide fraudulent information; gain unauthorised access to paid resources; impersonate another person; repeatedly misuse booking systems; or otherwise use our services unlawfully.
Serious or repeated misuse may result in access being suspended or terminated.
Termination because of your breach does not automatically create a right to a refund for services already supplied, work already undertaken or capacity already reserved, subject to applicable law.
We may pause or terminate a service where there is a serious breach of these Terms, persistent non-payment, abusive behaviour, unlawful activity, repeated failure to provide information necessary for us to perform the service, misuse of our intellectual property or a breakdown in the professional relationship that makes continued delivery unreasonable.
Where appropriate, we will try to resolve the issue before terminating the relationship.
Any amounts properly due for services already supplied remain payable.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
For business customers, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of opportunity or loss arising from business decisions made following our services.
Subject to liabilities that cannot legally be limited, our total liability arising from a particular service will be limited to the amount you paid us for that service.
For consumers, nothing in these Terms restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. The Consumer Rights Act specifically limits a trader's ability to contract out of the statutory protections applying to consumer services.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as significant technology outages, platform failures, illness, extreme weather, transport disruption, government action or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where this happens, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and resume delivery or arrange an appropriate alternative.
If something isn't right, please tell us.
We would much rather have the opportunity to understand and resolve a concern directly than allow an issue to continue.
Contact us at info@thereviiv.com with details of the issue and we will review it and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business or applicable requirements.
The version in force when you purchase a service will normally apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law or you expressly agree otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in the courts applicable to where you live.
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@thereviiv.com.
We'd much rather sort things out with a conversation.
